The Self Service Kiosk
Traditionally, players go to the cashier counter and exchange cash for poker chips before betting on a poker table. With the invention of the electronic game table that requires digital currency, a self-service kiosk becomes essential on the gaming floor to fund the player’s digital wallet with cash.

Why?
Players want to view games and manage cash transactions by themselves, and enables casino operators to access the report and log files for administrative purposes. We were thinking is there any way to add cash machine to the table!

Start with Reviewing the previous login process
To begin play session, players would need to bring the funds. User PIN is required every time players buy in the table for security purposes to accommodate casino regulations. After gathering information from the users we found that they need to change the payment system.

Also Reviewing the self service kiosk process and flow
The primary feature for The Kiosk is to allow the user to see the balance and do cash transactions, so we wanted these options to be the main focus after logging in.

Players at a digital poker table may choose to use an ATM for immediate access to cash, allowing for spontaneous gameplay, avoiding cash handling hassles, addressing privacy concerns, handling emergency situations, accommodating limited cash on hand, potentially avoiding transaction fees, and catering to individual player preferences. However, the integration of ATMs should be carefully planned, considering security, regulatory compliance, and transparent communication about any associated fees.
Self Service payment system is installed
Each Self Service payment system is installed under the Jackpot Blitz table on Carnival Cruise ships. Its integration with Carnival’s Sail & Sign program means there’s no need for guests to carry a second card if they wish to play poker. The cash machine has helped reduce the burden on casino employees by allowing players to view games and manage cash transactions by themselves, and enables casino operators to access the report and log files for administrative purposes.

What do user think about digital poker table payment?
A survey was done to 49 people through the survey. 45 of them answered they were overall satisfied with their experience with using Digital wallet machine.

However, although most people enjoyed their experience with cash machine, this survey found a part where users felt uncomfortable with:
1. 75% people of the survey responded they have difficulty to use the machine.

2. 71% agreed that machine need to show more information that how to use it.
